Name Hartline
Details Hartline, WA is a community ten miles northeast of Coulee City in northeast Grant County. In 1889, an earlier town named Parnell (Parnall), 4-1/2 miles north, was abandoned when bypassed by railroad construction. It moved to the present site, and was renamed for a pioneer, John Hartline, who owned the land on which the townsite and post office were located.
