Name Neppel
Details The city of Moses Lake, WA was once known as Neppel. Guy R. Ramsey in his booklet on Grant County past offices notes that F.A. Negel was the promoter of the town and when a past office was acquired at the end of 1911 his name may have been misread by post office officials.
